Giulia Zingarelli

Giulia was born and raised at Le Macìe and, since 2009, has been passionately leading the estate’s hospitality. She is the link between Rocca delle Macìe and the Relais Riserva di Fizzano, the heart of an experience designed for those who love wine, fine cuisine, and the Chianti Classico territory.

Maurizio Bardotti

Born in 1978, Maurizio built his career step by step, with humility and curiosity, dedication, and a deep sensitivity to tradition. His cuisine celebrates authentic ingredients and the history of Tuscan cooking, reinterpreted with a skilled hand to enhance every aroma and every story of the land.
